Information you provide
This website allows visitors to enter contact details and specimen descriptions into an enquiry-drafting form. By default, the form works locally in your browser to help you prepare and copy an enquiry. It does not automatically transmit its content to ASL or to a server.
When you choose to send information
If a public contact email is configured and you select the email-draft option, your email application prepares a message containing the details you entered. Any subsequent sending and delivery are handled through your email provider and the receiving organisation, under their applicable policies.
Technical processing
Ordinary website hosting may involve standard server access logs necessary to deliver pages and maintain security. This website does not include behavioural advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics by default.
Retention and requests
Enquiry drafts are not stored by the website itself. Records sent separately by email may be retained by the recipient according to its operational and legal obligations. For privacy or record-related requests, use the contact details officially published by ASL when available.
Updates
The notice may be updated to reflect verified organisational contact details, final hosting arrangements, applicable law and any future server-based enquiry function.
